Muriwai Beach holds a special place in Toni and Dan’s hearts. That’s where they spend most of their weekends, driving up the beach with the kids and having fun in the sand dunes. And that’s where Dan proposed to Toni, who of course said yes. So it was very important to them that their engagement photos were taken there too.

Dan effortlessly manoeuvred his truck through the cut out and onto the beach, where we stopped a few times along the way for some photos. And not to forget, some bubbles too. In crystal champagne glasses brought over in the hand luggage all the way from England, why, of course.

When I met with them, they told me they wanted some candid photos at their Muriwai Beach engagement of them hanging out and having fun. Well, my job was very easy. They are the most fun loving couple and I was smiling from ear to ear from the sheer energy they gave out!

Toni and Dan, thanks so much for hanging out with me, I can’t wait for your winter wedding at Kumeu Valley Estate!
